We have visited "Numazu Hamayaki Center Amagoya" (DBS Corporation) located at Numazu port in Numazu, Shizuoka.
This restaurant is at the 2nd floor of the main street. It is surrounded by many other dried fish shops, seafood shops and souvenir shops.
Mufti Hafiz Muhammad Rizwan also came with us, and handed over the Halal certificate from his hands.
The Halal certificate was free of charge, and in return, they made the prayer space inside their restaurant. What's wonderful about this is that anyone can use that prayer space, even if you didn't eat in there. We appreciate Amagoya DBS Corporation consideration from our hearts.
Amagoya is the only place by the port where you can grill the foods by buffet-style. Turban shells, Hombinos seashells and many other seashells are alive in the water tank. There are even dried fish and chocolate fondue, which could be enjoyed by many Muslims.
Visiting by car is not a problem since there is a free parking space in front of the restaurant.
DBS Corporation has 2 more restaurants called "Kaki-goya" (Specialized in Oyster) and "Amano Kitchen" (BBQ and souvenirs) just 10m away from Amagoya. Within these 3 restaurants, you can buy at one place and eat at another. (Basically, these 3 restaurants have shared menus.)
Please visit Numazu! You can even enjoy the sightseeing boat there.
