It is "Ghee made by the grassfed butter in Nakahora Farm".
Ghee is an oil that has impurities removed from a cow's butter. There are few types of ghee, such as the ones with salt or other materials.
Nakahora Farm's ghee is a pure ghee that just removed impurities from its farm's butter. It gives off great aroma, and it is highly recommended to use for cooking.
It is not cheap, but it is definitely worth giving a try.
