Mr. Fukui, President of Fukui Trading Co., Ltd., Mrs. Taniguchi, Mr. Yamamoto, and Mr. Mizuno visited from Nagoya. (Approximately 400 km from Tokyo to Nagoya)
We gave a lecture on halal logistics training course to Mr. Yamamoto and Mr. Mizuno.
We provided guidance on how Halal is maintained, its quality control and how to avoid cross contamination with products other than halal, in a gentle and serious manner. Also, we pointed out about Halal Risk Assessment – Critical Control Point and Halal Critical Plan.
In the afternoon, we had Q&A session about the lecture and training for exam that will be conducted on the 23rd.
We have discussed many questions about halal and halal logistics. They were very engaging and enthusiastic!
6/23 (Wednesday) 10: 00 ~
Halal logistics and supply chain examination was conducted.
Both Mr. Yamamoto and Mr. Mizuno studied very hard, so they passed with high scores!
In the afternoon, we held a halal logistics certification ceremony.
They received the certificate with a bright smile. Congratulations!
It is very important to protect halal foods from non-halal foods.
Halal logistics is a very important position in protecting halal foods.
I would like for them to keep this in mind and use it for the development of halal logistics concept in Japan.
We hope Halal logistics is a concept that will be recognized in the future in Japan.
We would be grateful if they could help in making it widely known among the Japanese logistics.
Thank you, Mr. Yamamoto and Mr. Mizuno for your hard work for 2 days.
